We start by getting to know you, your needs and requirements. Talking you through the whole application process and advising what documentation you will need to supply as well as what fees you may have to pay and the size of deposit you will need.

Documentation you supply is reviewed by us and once we have everything we need, we then source all available mortgage options from the ’Whole of the Market’ to find the right lender and best product for you.

With your agreement we will then seek to obtain an ‘Agreement in Principle’ from the lender.

We will then complete all relevant paperwork for the lender and our experienced team will guide you through the application process to successfully obtain the mortgage offer for you.

Once the mortgage offer is issued, our team will continue to help you throughout the process, including chasing solicitors, to get you through to a successful completion.
